New Postdoctoral Researcher
The POM chair welcomes Ms. Maricela Connie Arellano Caro as a new Postdoctoral Researcher from April 2017.
Maricela earned her PhD in Administration from the University of Montréal Business School (HEC Montréal) in February 2017. Prior to her doctoral studies, she earned an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and a master’s degree in Logistics and Operations Management. She will collaborate as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the POM chair of ETH Zurich.
Maricela is an expert in the field of knowledge management in global production networks and specialized in the adoption of improvement practices and the role of operations managers. From a methodological standpoint, she undertakes qualitative as well as quantitative research projects.
