Prof. Dr. Netland gave his inaugural lecture at ETH Zürich
Prof. Dr. Netland held his inaugural lecture centering around improving productivity at ETH Zürich, 6th of March 2017.
Based on his own research, observations and productivity literature Prof. Dr. Netland presented his audience with five universal rules of productivity improvement: Deliver value for the customer, get processes under control, sync processes as a system, shorten throughput times and continuously improve.
